Terms & Conditions

1. Passes, bookings & entry

• A completed payment creates a confirmed booking with After Hours and places the purchaser (and any named guests) on the event's guest list.
• After Hours does not issue digital QR passes or PDF tickets. Official entry passes are issued by the event host to the email address used at booking, according to that event's entry policy.
• Entry is subject to venue rules, capacity and age restrictions (commonly 21+). A valid government photo ID matching the booking name is required.
• Venues and hosts reserve the right to refuse entry for safety, conduct or policy reasons.
• Passes are non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled or rescheduled by the host, in which case the event's stated refund process applies.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. The amount charged is calculated and verified on our servers, including any promo or creator discount applied at checkout. Razorpay issues the payment receipt; After Hours issues the booking confirmation.

3. Creators & referral codes

Creators on the After Hours roster agree to deliver agreed content by the agreed deadlines. Referral earnings are calculated only on verified, completed transactions recorded by the platform.

4. Clients & partners

Scope, deliverables and fees for promotion, ticketing and production work are set out in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms for that engagement.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
