AFTER HOURS (“After Hours”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and protects the personal information you share through our website, event pass purchases, creator applications and partnership enquiries.
When you buy passes, apply as a creator or send a partnership or support request, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and where relevant your Instagram handle, company and the details of the event you are booking. Where an event requires it, we also collect the names and phone numbers of the guests on your booking.
To confirm bookings, place you on the event guest list shared with the event host and their door team, track creator referrals, respond to enquiries and send essential updates about events you have booked. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. After Hours never stores your card number, CVV or banking credentials. We keep the Razorpay order and payment identifiers needed to verify and reconcile your booking.
Booking and attendee details for a specific event are shared with that event's host so they can issue entry passes and manage the door. Hosts may only use this information for the event you booked.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the public site is used. Analytics events never include your name, email, phone number or payment details.
